🔧 Our 7-Step Testing Process
Before dispatch, each ONT goes through multiple quality checks:
- Cleaning & Physical Inspection – The ONT is properly cleaned by Thenar and wine and checked for physical condition, ports, buttons, LEDs and overall appearance.
- Power Testing – We check the power input and make sure the device powers on properly.
- PON Testing – The PON/optical connection is tested to ensure the ONT communicates properly with the fiber network.
- LAN Port Testing – LAN ports are checked for proper connectivity and data transmission.
- Speed Testing – We perform a basic speed and network performance test to verify that the device is working properly.
- Wi-Fi Testing – For Wi-Fi-enabled ONTs, wireless connectivity and basic performance are checked.
- Final Quality Check – After completing the testing process, our team performs a final inspection before packing the product for dispatch.

Only after the ONT successfully passes our required testing and inspection process do we proceed with final packing and dispatch.

💳 Payment Terms
Full payment in advance is required for wholesale and bulk orders.
COD may be considered for selected orders depending on the order quantity and approval from our sales team. Please contact our sales team before placing a COD bulk order.
